The computer and technology company Razor is creating an ambitious laptop with three, 17.3 inch 4k resolution screens. The laptop boasts a power Nvidia® GeForce® GTX 1080 GPU/graphics card, and has a staggering resolution of 11520 x 2160. The three displays are automatically deployed with speed and efficiency and are supported by durable aluminum hinges. Even with all of the additions, the laptop still remains compact enough to fit in a laptop bag.
The laptop was first displayed at the CES tech convention where at 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 8 it was stolen. The founder of the company, Min-Liang Tan, then later posted a statement on Facebook of their thoughts and the consequences towards stealing the Computer, saying that “Our teams worked months on end to conceptualize and develop these units”. Further on, he calls calls the theft as possible industrial espionage and “It is cheating, and cheating doesn't sit well with us… Anyone who would do this clearly isn’t very smart.” Razor offered a reward at the end of the statement for $25,000 to anyone who can provide information towards the theft. Only a few days later the laptops appeared on e-bay by a cChinese seller for about $21,700. The sale was then quickly taken down and more information has yet to come out.
